There is a lot of confusion over ADHD. Even the name change from ADD to ADHD adds to the mystery. Is it a true diagnosis? Is just bad parenting or laziness? Does taking ADHD medication lead to a life of drug addiction? I have been asked all of these question and more! On this resource page, I  hope to dispel some myths, offer some practical explanations and provide some helpful resources for both children and adults with ADHD.
